Kuringe Real Estate Company Ltd is a real estate company located in Shauri Moyo, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and is currently seeking to hire Sales/Marketing Officers to join and be part of their revenue generation team. Duties Create frequent reports with sales and financial data Ensure that properties are leased/rented out to tenants on monthly basis Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate rental fees close deals Meet monthly property leasing targets. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Marketing or any related fields Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales preferably in real estate industry Must be between ages 27 – 33 Must be able to convince customers Must be computer literate
