We are looking for an Insurance Sales Manager, to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team. To be successful as an insurance sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Ultimately, a top-notch insurance sales manager should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven. Responsibilities • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing research and plans. • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. • Lead sales operations within the company and delegate work as needed. • Solicit potential buyers of policies. • Determine discounts and premiums. • Plan advertising budget and appropriate advertising channels. • Supervise local and regional sales managers. • Oversee branches or other store locations. • Lead insurance agents and track performance. • Minimize company risks. • File reports of numbers of insurance quoted. • Manage and work alongside adjusters, investigators, and appraisers. Requirements • Previous experience in Insurance at least 2 years in the same role. • Solid understanding of policies and products. • Be able to provide mentorship. • Strong leadership qualities. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
