BRAND MANAGER REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated sales Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The Brand Manager's responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving profits, assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. He/She should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Brand Manager Responsibilities: • Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways. • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders. • Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers. • Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team. • Following up with customers and providing guidance on the product. • Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports. • Networking with relevant Customers. • Searching for new business opportunities. • Boost consumer engagement by bringing product to life through live, interactive demonstrations and presentations • Foster product brand presence and brand awareness via promotional and merchandising efforts with retailers • Serve as key liaison for the product and corporate leader by providing competitive insights regarding consumer needs and purchasing pathways • Train company sales personnel on all aspects of product. Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent management and leadership skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling. • Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Organized with attention to detail. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related field preferred. • 7 years of experience in brand management or business development role with a FMCG organization • Strong project management skills • Strong capacity to collaborate, team player with service mindset • Portfolio and brand strategy experience • Influencing and business partnering ability • Business intelligence experience • Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
