Description

We are currently hiring for the above role. Role Description: The successful sales Manager for our client will be responsible for building sales within new and existing customers within the Interior Products Group (IPG). The BC IPG Sales team works primarily with builders, contractors and distribution customers to generate sales growth of CertainTeed’s (CT) portfolio. They will be responsible for account planning, developing and coordinating activities to expand CT sales and be the preferred choice within the BC region. In addition, this role will work in collaboration with their regional colleagues to deliver cross-functional customer planning sessions to unlock and maximize the sales opportunities across the full product portfolio.  Implement and execute Regional distribution strategy with CT Key Strategic accounts  Develops and maintains business plans within the market.  Builds, maintains and adds value to relationships between customer’s and CT’s organization; customers include all audiences e.i. contractors, distributors, etc.  Works collaboratively with Territory Managers (TM), Sr Field Application Manager, Architectural Solutions Managers, EPG team in the territory to deliver sales growth and sustained demand  Key account manager for primary GSD and drywall-insulation contractors, (Owner/President level) in Arusha, Moshi & Tanga  Actively works to increase sales in Insulation, Gypsum and Ceiling Tile sales within GSD Channel Arusha, Moshi & Tanga to meets or exceeds Performance Objectives and Incentive Sales Goals  Provides effective leadership and regular performance coaching and mentorship to Territory Manager with GSD responsibility on site conversion calls and pull through techniques utilizing company coaching model. Manages employee programs for direct reports- annual review cycle, assessing training needs  Adheres to and manages expense budget.  Develop sales budgets in conjunction with Director of Sales for Africa.
