Retail Station Manager

Description

1) Handle Retail outlet profit center 2) Increase sales by using creative ideas to compete in the market 3) Increase sales volume as per the target 4) Ensure collections is been deposited 5) Overall supervision of all operations 6) Liaise with auditors & Accounts team for daily /weekly/ monthly reconciliation eg Mis report, z- report, Profit & loss report, etc 7) Fuel stock dipping, ordering, receiving & offloading 8) Follow up & coordinate with overall Government agency for compliance eg. Ewura, Osha, NEMC, district/ Municipal council, fire safety, WMA, TRA etc. 9) Monitor & handle minor repair 10) Plan daily staff shifts & monitor attendance
