The Bank is engaged in the business of banking and provision of related services. The Board of Directors invites applications from suitably qualified candidates who must be a shareholder to fill two positions of Board Members to rep­resent the shareholders of the Bank. The names of qualified candidates will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting for election.
