KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES o To manage all day-to-day operations of the Company. o To setup Company strategic goals and make sure they are measurable and attainable o To setup and groom Lumocons team o To maintain Existing Lumocons Clients o Acquisition of new Clients o To increase shareholder’s value i.e. Revenue/Profit o To secure working capital through credit guarantee scheme from different financial institutions o To pay existing Company liabilities for tax and other Company loans. o To act as a point of contact for communication on behalf of the company inside and outside. o Leading the development of the Company’s short- and long-term strategy o To asses company risks and ensuring they are monitored and minimized 3. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE o At least 10yrs working experience on Telecom or Construction Industry o Nationality: Indian o Age: 35 to 50 years old o Gender: Male o Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering
