Description
1. Identifying new business opportunities, marketing all types of insurance products which will include setting up meetings and preparing sales presentations to potential clients, tracking customer accounts performance – both underwriting and financial. 2. Forge, maintain, and improve customer relationships by setting and providing high standards of customer service. Sustain rapport with key customer accounts and keep renewals intact by making periodic visits. 3. Render assistance, both in terms of documentation as well as liaisoning with the Principal from the time the customer intimates the claim till settlement. Guide customer on implementation of risk management recommendations as well, if so directed by the insurance company. 4. Manage agency operations to achieve company goals and objectives including overseeing the administrative (documentation) and operational aspects of the business and ensuring the procedures and systems are adhered to. 5. Creating a database of prospective clients and maintaining constant touch with them by identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers on both, retail and corporate fronts. 6. Develop business improvement initiatives (product improvement and innovation) based on current market trends and competitors clubbed with action plans for improving agency performance.
