Role Summary This position is responsible for driving expansion strategies into new territories and overseeing new product development and roll out in new makerts. The role may require frequent travels and/or relocation to any country where Onfon operates. Main Duties: Undertaking market research about potential application of Value Added Services and content development. Creating new business models for emerging businesses and technologies Creating and delivering market strategies and working with commercial partners and technical teams to build innovative customer solutions. Planning for promotions and advertising while monitoring performance of the marketing channels employed Mobilizing and maintaining relationships with value added services (VAS) partners and potential users. Developing and streamlining of new business strategies to provide short, medium and long term business value. Analysis of market trends and the growing competition in the industry for strategy formulation. Analysis of technical and commercial solutions that result in competitive advantage in the industry. Continuous review of business processes and procedures to strengthen customer base by ensuring commitment to quality issues and high customer satisfaction. Process and product reviews to ensure proper risk management and mitigation. Continuous analysis of product strengths and weaknesses that significantly impacts business growth potential and recommending action plan. Analysis of revenue trends and forecasts for VAS products while providing this information on a regular basis to Senior Management. Developing of innovative techniques while adopting new strategies to keep pace with the advancing industry trends. Establishing and building relationships with key stakeholders in both local and international markets. New products development planning and rollout management
