Description

Performance Management Administrator/ HR Manager Position Responsibilities: 1. Identify and establish performance standards 2. Design evaluation tools that accurately reflect the performance standard of the department, unit, and organization 3. Coach managers in the performance management process and reinforces the importance of employee development, rewarding high performance and addressing low performance 4. Monitor and track the status of employee performance appraisals ensuring timely completion by all employees/managers within the established deadlines 5. Continually enhance the performance appraisal format and process to ensure a smooth implementation of the appraisal process 6. Work in liaison with key stakeholders e.g. accounting, construction, engineering and HR and ESHS Partners to set clear and specific performance expectations for each employee and providing periodic informal and/or formal feedback about employee performance relative to those stated goals; 7. Implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, performance reviews and evaluations to support individual, team and organizational performance. 8. Preparing periodic accountability and status of performance and quality improvement reports, including impact and outcome reviews; 9. Advising departments on better methods to improve departmental results. 10. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. 11. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 2. A minimum of 6 years of human resource management experience 3. A minimum of 4 years of performance management experience, and practical experience in performance appraisal system development and implementation is highly desirable. 4. Demonstrated expertise in performance appraisal system management is required. 5. Practical experience in designing programs and training material for performance appraisal systems is an asset. 6. Place of work will mainly be CCECC Malampka Camp.
