On behalf of our client in Arusha we seeking to recruit for the above vacancy. Job Location: Arusha Job Type: Permanent Sectors: Tourism/Manufacturing Ref: REC/015/2022 Salary: Negotiable Starting Date: Immediately Position General Description: Supports human resources processes by administering recruitment; scheduling appointments for; conducting orientation; maintaining records and information. Position Duties: Participating recruiting, training and developing staff Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time Pensions and benefits administration Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees Organising staff training sessions and activities Monitoring staff performance and attendance Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives. Answering employee questions Processing incoming mail Candidate Requirements Degree in Human Resources with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in cooperate environment. Great awareness with Tanzania employment law, Regulations and policies Qualities we are looking after: Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner Must possess strong interpersonal skills Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
