**BACKGROUND INFORMATION** Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specialized in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support within the East African Region with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Burundi. In-order to enhance our operations in Tanzania, COA seeks to fill the above position with a suitably qualified and competent HR Professional with experience working in a busy environment. **The Job** The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for hiring, developing employees. This involves functions such as training and monitoring performance. **Job Responsibilities:** Recruitment, contracting and on boarding for new staff. Development and Management of staff records system. Development and implementation of HR Policy and procedures. Ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws. Ensuring statutory returns are filed on time. Work Closely with Payroll Account to coordinate the payroll cycle to ensure staff get paid on time and statutory deductions remitted on time. Oversee the Maintenance of files on statutory deductions by admin assistant/field officer Supervision of Immigration procedures for expatriate staff. Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports on both compliance and operations. Handling new from staff. Accountable for ensuring staff satisfaction with service delivery. Ensure staff salaries paid on time and handle any arising issue on time. Update yourself on new labor laws and regulations and ensure the same incorporated into HR policy and fully implemented. Manage staff leave records ensuring staff leave cards are updated at all times **Job Requirements:** The job holder should have the following qualifications; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent relevant field. At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar position.
