JOB BRIEF Job Title: HR Assistant Place of Work: CCECC Camp Department: HR MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Guide employees through various human resources processes and answer or escalate any questions they may have about policies. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) and other necessary clerical duties. MAIN REQUIREMENTS Diploma or above in Human Resources or related discipline, with an advanced degree from accredited institutions preferred; Must have good knowledge of labor laws and regulations Minimum 3 years of HR tracking experience as specialist or generalist preferably in the construction or technology-related industry, and experience in MNC and Fortune 500 is a plus;
