Design attractive menus for the Hotel Work with Baristas and Chefs to create Specials Develop a relationship with regular customers Must adhere to food and safety regulations Ensure the work stations are always clean Order food supplies for the kitchen Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service Assist with marketing and events Help create restaurant policies Assist HR in hiring and training new restaurant staff Qualifications Must speak and write English Minimum 4 years experience in Food and Beverage Minimum 2 years experience as an F & B Manager Minimum Diploma in any Hospitality or any related field
