Main Tasks and Responsibilities Provide safe and quality nursing care to patients Plan and implement nursing care plan for patients in accordance with national guidelines and scientific evidence Provide safe and effective environment Coordinate daily duties, including schedules, nursing assignment and patient care Supervise and mentor nursing staff Oversee patients admissions, transfers and discharge Collaborate and work constructively and harmoniously with medical doctors, medical director, management team an all the staff of the centre in order to ensure patients receive optimal care Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Support in the record and maintenance of accurate reports Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor Qualifications, experiences and competencies BSc Nursing/Midwifery Registered Nurse/Midwife A minimum of 10 years of working experience in clinical setting and a minimum of 5 years of recent charge nurse experience Good writing, computer and communication skills. Excellent Leadership, communication and organizational skills Good writing, computer and communication skills. Enthusiasm, proactive attitude, problem- solving attitude and flexibility.
