Description
1. Learn the Vehicle tracking web application and mobile app. 2. Should be adept in handling and helping customers and maintain a pleasing attitude. 3. Provide training to the tracking operators, tracking supervisors, and unit heads on the usage of Vehicle tracking applications and reporting. 4. Receiving new devices request & checkup request through tracking helpdesk, email or phone from all units/customers and update in the local helpdesk system and inform to field coordinator. 5. Check the inventory status of the devices with the help of the control room operator based on the calls received. 6. Communicate & follow up on all the complaints with the field coordinator and operations manager for the proper allocation of the technicians (update the allocation in the helpdesk system) 7. Communicate through e-mails & calls with all divisions/customers and internal team for work coordination. 8. Filing of all the documents (like job cards, inventory, vouchers, etc.) systematically and regularly 9. Close the helpdesk calls with inventory details. 10. Be self-updated and inform all new updates in the tracking system to unit heads & Tracking operators and provide additional training as and when required. 11. Check the daily reports & follow up on the problems with the divisions. Take help of operations manager wherever necessary. Update the information in the helpdesk system 12. Maintain proper records for vehicles & device transfers. 13. Maintain proper records for vehicles in Workshop. 14. Prepare and update the Helpdesk Issues tracker on a daily basis. 15. Highlight any issues that require special (or immediate) attention from the Operations Manager. 16. Prepare and share consolidated and other tracking-related reports to the operations manager. 17. Verify the monthly reports from the divisions/units/branches and do the necessary analysis. 18. Shall practice flexibility to lend a hand wherever needed.
