We are a company specialised in supplying the jewellery industry with with semi-precious stones, worldwide. We need a full time Office Administration manager to run our office in Arusha. This will include: 1. Planning travel and appointments of the company Directors 2. Stock management and control 3. Staff scheduling and minimal HR duties 4. Any other duties required by the company directors. You need to be a super organised person with at least a couple of years of experience in a similar role. You will need to be able to communicate and write in English EXTREMELY well. Both our target market and staff are native English speakers, so you must be confident. You will also need to understand and be confident working in the appropriate computer softwares. MS Office, CRM software etc. You need to be an 'all-rounder' who can work with minimal supervision. You will be reporting to our Managing Director who is based in Singapore. There is great opportunity for travel both within Africa and internationally if you would like to do so.
