Job Title: Human resources Assistant and Admin. Ongeza Tanzania Limited Company description: Ongeza is a social enterprise creating a sustainable and scalable model that reaches rural customers in the last mile. Ongeza Agents sell directly to rural customers. Ongeza products save rural customers money, increase their income or improve their quality of life. Products include but are not limited to solar lights, efficient stoves, agricultural equipment and inputs, water solutions and transportation equipment. Plans and conducts trainings Payroll management Recruitment and hiring Assist with tracking HR information/reports. Ensure that all the salary slips are sorted and distributed ontime. Staff performance, training, and development Conduct and organize performance appraisals Manage and keep records for all sick sheets, annual leave forms for all employees Assisting on any other HR related work when required. Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Manage and update HR policies Qualifications: An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications Minimum 3 years work experience in the area of human resources management. Proven track record in creating a team understanding of Tanzanian labor law is a must Fluency in Swahili and English. Comfort working in a startup environment. Confidentiality and discretionary skills essential Attention to detail and accuracy a must Strong organizational skills High proficiency in using MS office suite (Word, Excel,) Bachelor's degree in Human resources or other related studies Location: Arusha, with regular travels across the country.
