Full Job Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * * Diary management * * Travel arrangements ( PJ arrangement, booking flight arranging airport transfers, arranging the menu, liaison with the employer ) * * Management of some correspondence * * Booking meetings and appointments * * Working closely with domestic staff * * Meeting and greeting clients/guests * * Household management – local and international * * Personal administration * * Managing Principals households ( Baris ) * * Dealing with invoices and payment of bills of a personal nature. * * Booking tickets, and responding to premier invitations * * Ensuring all memberships * * General filing and administration * * Assisting with family matters * * Some travel with Principals required * * Event coordination * * Personal shopping * * Running errands Candidates must be/have: Basic understand or experience in Social media marketing * * Well-spoken & presented Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
