Essential duties and responsibilities: ▪ Financial and vendor due diligence, be Key to the preparation of the analysis and findings for the client deliverable, supporting the preparation of a quality document to facilitate the client’s decision making. ▪ Analysis and modeling of financial performance (past and future) of an acquisition target. ▪ Drafting of business plans/ report writing Developing and reviewing detailed financial MS Excel models for use in transactions. ▪ Assisting clients with the acquisition and disposal of businesses. ▪ Assist with new finance raisings on behalf of clients across a wide range of sectors; incorporating both debt and equity raisings. ▪ Supervise and assist junior members in building complex financial models. ▪ Identify opportunities with existing or new clients and develop proposals. ▪ Adhere to the firm’s quality management systems and support a culture of rigorous quality management in the team.
