Description

**Job summary:** Ability to handle accounting, taxation, financial supervision reports among others. **Job Responsibilities:** • Assume overall responsibilities and leadership of the Accountants Department. • Review and verify all transactions posted in the system. • Prepare and issue routine financial reports • Management of all payments: vendors, statutory. • Understand and master the local tax policies of Tanzania, and be able to independently complete the local tax registration, tax declaration, voucher and invoice management of Tanzania; • Confirm all purchased items are received in the organization. • Reconciliations: Bank, payroll, payables and receivables • Using financial software, independently complete the whole set of accounting of the company • Preparation of the payroll • Ensure organization complies with all legal requirements. • Liaise with external auditors. • Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts. • Preparation of Budgets. **Job Requirements:** • A Bachelor’s degree in B. Com, Finance or Accounting. • At least 3 years’ experience as an Accountant. • CPA-T • Familiar with the relevant software programs, Experience with Kingdee is preferred. • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities • Working experience in multinational companies, preferably in Chinese companies. • Must be able to deliver under strict deadlines and handle pressure effectively.
